VALUE IN ASSETS

1.- THE PROPERTY RESERVATION.

Select a propety from our web properties o investments and reserve it through our pament gateway totally safe. The requirement reservation fee are six thousand euros ( 6.000 € ). Once this step is finished we will send you your reservation contract document, which we will keep completely safe with us.

2.- THE PURCHASE CONTRACT.

We will contact with the landlord, to close the contract and detailled terms like:

• Final price, property payment down and term period to sign the title deed. Normally we require 10% contract payment and the balance on completion.
• We due full set Due Diligence on the property ( charges, encumbrances, expenses) gurarantee to buy 100% free of charges and encumbrances . This job is done from the Legal Law Firm Ridalaw. (check the purchase guide)
• Period to sign the contract ( máximo de 15days maximum and with a minimum payment 10% pago mínimo del 10% )

3.- PURCHASE TITLE DEEDS.

In the normal practise your property purchase will sign the title deeds, en un within a period between 30 to 60 days con el with a 100% legal security under a legal and a Notary Spanish System. Our lawyers wil handle proffesionally, all the completion process and the after sales, taxes application and payments y la as well as the inscription of your property in the Spanish Land Registry.
